MILKWEED MEDICINE

 Hello! A quick intro, a bit about me. I am thrilled to be offering Milkweed Medicine, an approach to somatic holistic wellness, at Proper Health Wellness Space in Bordentown NJ. I feel so grateful to have landed in this beautiful, welcoming space. I received my BFA in Dance from The Ohio State Univetsity, which is also where I experienced both Polarity Therapy and Reiki for the first time over 20 years ago. Since that time I have experienced and overcome many personal and health challenges. Coming back to these alternative holistic modalities has supported my own healing journey immensely. I am blessed to have trained with Ellen Krueger, of the Soma-Psyche Institute, New York, NY. I look so forward to sharing this energy medicine, in a trauma informed container, with others, so they may also find the support to find wholeness from the inside out.  I am offering energy balancing sessions in Polarity Therapy, as well as Foot Reflexology, Somatic Movement, and Breathwork.  look forward to sharing this alternative holistic energy medicine and how it can support you.
