Gina is an elementalist, soulmatic ceremonialist, sacred spaceholder, practitioner, and facilitator of energy and movement medicine. Rooted in Polarity Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Reiki, Integrated Shamanic Breathwork, Yoga, and Dance.
Gina is blessed to have trained with Ellen Krueger, of the Soma-Psyche Institute, New York, NY. Polarity Therapy integrates Eastern and Western approaches to healing modalities such as reflexology, acupressure, cranial-sacral balancing, yoga, and Ayurveda. Utilizing hands-on contacts, toning, breathing and gentle counseling techniques, this work embodies a full holistic health care system.
Gina is thrilled to be sharing this energy medicine, in a trauma informed container, with others, so they may feel the support to find wholeness from the inside out.
Simcha Rachel Guttenplan serves as a bridge at Milkweed Medicine, guiding people back to their bodies and the earth through authentic self-expression. As an earth woman, ritualist, bodyworker, sacred sounder, spiritual leader, and facilitator, her mission centers on helping others achieve embodiment and integrity in their lives.
Drawing from diverse traditions including Kundalini, Kabbalah, the 12 steps, reiki, theta healing, elemental work, drumming/sounding, and sacred movements, Simcha creates transformative experiences. Her approach emphasizes experiential learning, empowering individuals to use their breath, sound, and body as tools for personal growth.
Simcha's creative expressions include published books, an oracle deck, mixed media fine art, hand painted drums, and branding work for fellow humanitarians. Her virtual mystery school, ceremonial portraiture and facilitation create spaces for profound growth and embodied transformation.
