• A gentle guided slow mindful movement focusing on breath.
• An opportunity to slow down to be with our bodies’ sensations
• Easeful stretches to guide us deeper into a meditative space
• Receive healing touch and energy balancing during final resting pose

Gina Savacool is a movement artist, yoga instructor, Soulmatic Ceremonialist & energy medicine practitioner. Gina’s training includes modern dance and somatic movement, having received her BFA in Dance from The Ohio State University. She also trained with Ellen Krueger in Polarity Therapy. Gina’s yoga background includes Buti Movement, and Slow Flow Vinyasa. Gina also leads weekly slow flow classes at Kula Yoga and Fitness, in Hightstown NJ.
Gina’s approach, which evolved from her own healing journey is one of sacred ceremony. Gina is based in Hamilton NJ out of her home sanctuary Milkweed Medicine where she offers energy medicine sessions in polarity therapy/reflexology, Soulmatic ceremony, weekly yoga, and hosts community events & retreats.
