At MILKWEED MEDICINE, we believe in the power of holistic healing, by combining somatic healing and energy body work, with a trauma informed approach. Gina weaves a variety of therapies that address not just the physical, but also the emotional and spiritual aspects of wellness, such as polarity therapy, foot reflexology, reiki, breathwork, movement, meditation, and sound therapy. 

We believe, at MILKWEED MEDICINE, in holding space for you to communicate with spirit.  Simcha's approach to mediumship is practiced by utilizing her self-created oracle deck, "The Deck of Queens", pendulum work, theta Healing and the power of sound. Simcha pulls from her studies with the Kabbalah, Kundalini, ThetaHealing and the healing arts. 

Every journey to wholeness is unique, which is why MILKWEED MEDICINE offers personalized council ceremonies. Both Gina and Simcha will work together with you to identify your intentions and how we may best support you.  Council ceremonies may include an intuitive "Deck of Queens" reading, energy medicine (including healing touch, breathwork, and sound therapy), theta healing, and guided meditation.
